About this website

PneuDock is an independently operated business-to-business catalogue for pneumatic components and product enquiries. Amao Zhao manages the website, handles enquiries and may act as the seller and payment recipient for accepted orders.

Product information and inquiries

Website descriptions, images and dimensions are general reference information. They are not a quotation, guarantee of availability or confirmation that a component is suitable for a particular application. You are responsible for checking compatibility, materials, dimensions, pressure, temperature and other operating requirements before purchase or use.

Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or create a contract. Prices, minimum quantities, lead times, payment, shipping, specifications, warranties and any other commercial terms will apply only when stated in a separate written quotation or order confirmation accepted by the relevant parties.

Information and files you submit

You must provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and may upload only files you are authorised to share. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files, unrelated personal information or confidential material that we have not agreed to receive. We may decline or remove submissions that create security, legal or operational risk.

Permitted use

You may use the website to review product information and contact us about legitimate business requirements. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit automated or abusive requests, or misuse its content or services.

Website content

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s branding, text, graphics and original presentation may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission. Product names and marks belonging to other owners remain their property.

PneuDock may correct, update, suspend or remove website content as the catalogue develops. External links, if present, are provided for reference; their content and availability are controlled by their respective operators.

Personal information

Personal information and uploaded files submitted through this website are used solely to handle enquiries. Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
