About this notice

PneuDock operates this business-to-business product catalogue and inquiry website from Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. This notice explains the personal information used by the current website preview. The legal name of the organisation responsible for this information will be added before launch.

Information you provide

  • your name and work email address;
  • your company name, if you choose to provide it;
  • the inquiry type, parts list, quantities, dimensions, operating conditions and other requirements you submit; and
  • optional photos or drawings in PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP format.

Please do not upload unrelated personal information or material you are not authorised to share.

How we use the information

  • to review and respond to your product or sourcing inquiry;
  • to understand the components, specifications and quantities you need;
  • to maintain a record of the inquiry; and
  • to protect the form and website against misuse.

Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or contract. We do not use the inquiry form for automated decision-making or profiling.

Storage, access and sharing

In the current local preview, inquiry entries are stored in this WordPress site. Uploaded files are stored in a restricted folder and can be downloaded only by site administrators. Email notifications are not enabled. If production hosting, email delivery or other service providers are introduced, this notice must be updated to identify the relevant types of recipients and any cross-border processing before launch.

Retention

The preview does not yet have an approved retention period. Inquiry entries remain stored until an administrator deletes them; the associated restricted uploads are deleted with the entry. A documented retention schedule based on business and legal needs must be set before public launch.

Submission metadata, cookies and technical data

When you submit the inquiry form, Fluent Forms stores the source page, submission time, IP address, detected browser and device platform, a country code derived from request headers, and your WordPress user ID if you are logged in. The form also applies short-lived, pseudonymous rate-limit counters derived from the request IP address to reduce repeated submissions and uploads.

WordPress and WooCommerce may use essential cookies for site operation, login, account or cart functions when those features are used. Fluent Forms analytics is not enabled in this local preview, and no separate advertising or analytics service has been configured. Production cookies, server logs and any analytics must be reviewed before launch.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may be able to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses. To make a privacy request, call +86 18680679530 or use the inquiry page and clearly label the message “Privacy request”. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant record.

Changes

We will update this notice when the website’s data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
